City of Richardson (Breckenridge Park) -  The City of Richardson has mandated a maximum of 10 people are allowed in each dugout, this INCLUDE players and coaches.  If a team has more than 10, they must sit in the spectator area.

Per Governor Abbott’s Executive Order 29, dated July 2, 2020, every person in Texas shall wear a face covering over the nose and mouth when inside a commercial entity or other building or space open to the public, or when in an outdoor public space, wherever it is not feasible to maintain six feet social distancing from another person not in the same household; provided, however, that this face covering requirement does not apply to the following:

  • Any person younger than 10 years of age is not required to wear a face covering over the nose and mouth;
  • Any person with a medical condition or disability that prevents wearing a face covering;
  • Any person while the person is consuming food or drink, or is seated at a restaurant to eat or drink;
  • Any person while the person is (a) exercising outdoors or engaging in physical activity outdoors, and (b) maintaining a safe distance from other people not in the same household;

The Executive Order 29 in its entirety can be found here: https://open.texas.gov/uploads/files/organization/opentexas/EO-GA-29-use-of-face-coverings-during-COVID-19-IMAGE-07-02-2020.pdf

All spectators must wear a face covering over the nose and mouth and must follow CDC Social Distancing guidelines and stay at least 6 feet from other persons outside of their immediate household.

Players and coaches must wear a face covering over the nose and mouth when entering and exiting the field.  Once all player and coaches are on the field, mask can be removed so long as social distancing can be maintained.  If 6 feet can not be maintained, mask must be worn.
