Texas Tournament Baseball's Official Game Card is our ONLY official record of the game.
At the end of each game, the head umpire will present each head coach a game card to review and sign. Once the card is signed, it is final. No changes.
Therefore, please review the card for accuracy in score and pitching stats. Each week we have issues with something changing once the card has been signed.
IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HEAD COACH TO INSURE THE ACCURACY OF THE OFFICIAL GAME CARD.
Example, we had a team sign 6-7 card; however the final score turned out to be 6-6, thus changing their seeding from #2 down to #5. We had another incident where a game was forfeited because of the pitching stats. The score card had #9 throwing 6 outs; however his scorebook would later show only 3.
